Does anyone have ant input on a development called Maisons-sur-mer?
What part of MB is this?
north or south?
Maisons-sur-mer condos
Looks like it is in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, but not NORTH Myrtle Beach.
check out this website:

It looks like a very nice place. And that area is nice too. Not crowded.
hmmm, I may have to check into this place myself. Thanks;)

This hotel is extremely upscale and the views on the higher floors are some of the best in M.B.with some overlooking the Dunes Golf Course. The one drawback is getting in and out of this area in peak summmer months.Theres only 2 ways out to 17 . One is by Galleria Shopping center and the other is by Walmart and Tanger Outlet stores and the traffic around dinner time can be a horror story.Sloan Realty could probably set you up with rentals.Ask for Esther.

The Maisons is a very nice (upscale) property...but, as TonyMik eluded to, a very tricky one to get in and out of...basically one road leading into the Shore Drive area with a stop light at Rt 17 that, if you dont hit it just right, will take you forever to get out! Another issue there is the beachfront...it wasnt part of the most recent beach renorishment project, so not much of a beach at high tide.
To MBConcierge: I have to differ with your comment regarding the beach along Shore Drive. If you remember the last beach restoration was for Shore Drive. I can%26#39;t remember the exact year but I would say that work was completed in 2000 or 2001 and there is plenty of beach along Shore Drive. You should drive out there sometime! The traffic you refer to isn%26#39;t that bad either.
