MBConcierge,
Is this Carolina Grande hotel I%26#39;ve been reading about a new place? What, if anything, have you heard about it? Rates seem too-cheap-to-be-true for a mid-June stay in a brand new hotel ($124 a night)... thanks!

For some reason I cant place it...guess I need to go for a drive, huh? I do know (by the address) that the area is not a bad area, in the 21st corridor area, and it is across the street from the beach...so it NOT oceanfront...but that is a good rate for that time of year...I%26#39;ll check and get back to you..ok??

I looked at this website since it was mentioned and I noticed in was a Blue water Resort or whatever was the owner. THey bought out the Yatchsman Resort and they are in the process of changeing its name to Seaglass towers or something like that but the point of this is that the company probaly bought it and changed out the name. THat is just a guess
Thanks, it looks to be about 25th Ave. N - the only reason it really interested me is that it%26#39;s opening late Feb, the rooms look spacious and as the other poster mentioned its owned by Bluegreen who just bought the Yachtsman (one of my favorites in MB)... appreciate it, thanks!
