We will be returning to Kiawah Island Resort in May and I would like a recommendation for a specific unit to request for a 3 bedroom villa in Seascape. Does anyone know of a 3 bedroom oceanview unit that is well kept, clean and nicely furnished that I can request rather than taking a chance on getting put in a unit that is run down?

All of the resort units are rated according to the condition and quality of the unit. Just ask for a 5 Star or 4 Star unit and you should be assured of the quality you are looking for.

The Kiawah Island Resort has become increasingly choosy about the units they will manage, so you are generally pretty safe when renting through them. The location and view are what you should be most concerned about.
That said, the Resort%26#39;s new ';top'; rating is called ';Premier';. These units are extremely ';up to date';, generally with remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and are very well furnished. They also cost a bit more to rent.
The Resort has a few Premier villas is every area of the island. If you tell the reservationists that you are interested in a Premier villa, they will tell you what is available.
