Pet Friendly

I am disappointed that Myrtle Beach claims to be a family vacation resort. My reason for this disappointment is the lack of pet friendly lodging. I travel with my 2 adult cats, declawed and spaded. I am willing to pay to have them. However, lodging in Myrtle Beach seems to be heartless. Because of this, I have had to travel to Florida. Universal Studios is Pet Friendly as well as popular chain hotels. Tell me, WHAT HAPPENED IN MYRTLE BEACH?

Try the Mariner Hotel. This property is small, quaint and cozy! Located at the north end of the Myrtle Beach area...right around 71st Ave N. We stayed there with our lab for almost 2 months waiting to move into our house. Hope this helps! :)

Try Compass Cove. I know from staying there that in the Schooner building (the four story building right in front of the pool)welcomes pets!!! Don%26#39;t cancel out Myrtle Beach, it%26#39;s still a great place to go!

I highly recommend Staybridge Suites hotel. They love pets and have beautiful accomodations. I stayed there for several weeks with my lab and the staff was wonderful. The hotel is about a 15 min. drive to the beach. The hotel is very clean and they have a nice breakfast too.
