North Myrtle Beach -- tradeable?

I%26#39;m looking at getting a timeshare in North Myrtle Beach and want to almost exclusively trade it. How is the tradeability of that area? The week is a floating week so hopefully that adds to its value.

Fairfield Ocean Boulevard, Fairfield Sea Watch both have very high demand. Shore Crest Villas have done very well.
